Coronavirus COVID-19 Update: A letter from President & CEO Melissa Sommer
We’re sharing our perspective on Coronavirus COVID-19 and wanted to provide information about how we’re prepared here at Darwin Trust Company. Many, if not all of you, are likely considering what the COVID-19 outbreak means for your accounts at Darwin Trust. Like you, we are closely monitoring the rapidly developing situation and planning for a variety of scenarios.
Our top priority has always been and continues to be putting our customers first. As your fiduciary, your best interest is at the forefront of our work everyday and we are here for you.
Here at Darwin Trust, we have a Business Continuity Plan that is always in place and includes specific action plans for the potential impact of operations in pandemic scenarios. Our team is fully equipped to operate in a completely remote environment. While our offices currently remain open, we are prepared to enact a work-from-home plan and leverage virtual meeting technologies for meetings should such a response become necessary in order to protect our team and maintain critical services to our clients.
