As founder and CEO of Growth Street, a boutique growth consulting firm, Michelle partners with clients, from fast-growing start-ups to Fortune 500 brands, to close the gaps and identify the opportunities to accelerate business growth. Prior to founding Growth Street in 2013, Michelle served in a variety of c-suite roles across brand, marketing and digital at household brands, including Fidelity Investments, Manulife Financial, J.P. Morgan and E*TRADE Financial. She also served as chief marketing officer for several high-tech start-ups, including Currensee, where she built the largest Forex social network, which resulted in the company’s acquisition by leading Canadian broker Oanda. Michelle is committed to supporting women, inclusion and diversity, and is co-founder of MavenMinds, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to helping female founders grow their businesses faster together. She also is a board member for MITX InfluenceHER and a professional coach to women building businesses and careers. Michelle shares her expertise as a speaker at a number of universities and conferences including Babson College Entrepreneurship Forum, Boston College Carroll School of Management, American Marketing Association, Start-up Institute and Harvard University Women in Business Leadership.
